Beginner’s One is 1 class per week for eight weeks
Learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga in our 8 Week Beginner’s One Course for just $140 you can come to any one of the 4 Beginners Classes listed below.
Beginner’s Two is 2 classes a week for eight weeks
Build more quickly on the foundations with the Beginner’s Two course for just $190 and you can attend any two of the 4 Beginners Classes each week.
The entry level Beginner’s courses are for people who have not studied Iyengar yoga before. Students are introduced to the methodology of the Iyengar system including prop use, sequencing, timing and repetition of the introductory poses (asanas). At the completion of a Beginner’s course, students are eligible to enrol in General and Level 1 classes. These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. If you have an injury or health concern, please call the studio to discuss your condition.
8 week yoga course starting:
Each week, during the 8 weeks of the Beginners Yoga Course, an almost identical Beginners Yoga Class is held at these times (dependant on minimum registrations).
Monday 6pm – 7.30pm
Tuesday 7.30pm – 9pm
Wednesday 7.30pm – 9pm
Friday 9.30am – 11am
Beginner’s One 8 Week Yoga Course
(1 class per week)
Beginner’s Two 8 Week Yoga Course
(2 classes per week)
