Beginner’s One is 1 class per week for six weeks
Learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga in our 6 Week Beginner’s One Course for just $115 you can come to the Monday or Wednesday class as listed below.
Beginner’s Two is 2 classes a week for six weeks
Build more quickly on the foundations with the Beginner’s Two course for just $190 and you can attend a second beginner class on either Friday or Saturday at 9.30am.
The entry level Beginner’s courses are for people who have not studied Iyengar yoga before. Students are introduced to the methodology of the Iyengar system including prop use, sequencing, timing and repetition of the introductory poses (asanas). At the completion of a Beginner’s course, students are eligible to enrol in General and Level 1 classes. These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. If you have an injury or health concern, please call the studio to discuss your condition.
