Beginner’s Courses
If you are new to Yoga or you just want to make sure that you have the right foundations then this course is for you!
You will learn:
- Yoga postures to stretch & strengthen your body
- Deep relaxation for both your body and mind
- Breathing techniques to strengthen and balance your nervous system
Learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga in a specially designed 6 Week Course for just $300, One-on-one sessions ensure your development at the right pace. You can bring a friend with similar yoga experience and physical abilities.

The entry level Beginner’s courses are for people who have not studied Iyengar yoga before. Students are introduced to the methodology of the Iyengar system including prop use, sequencing, timing and repetition of the introductory poses (asanas). These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. If you have an injury or health concern, please call the studio to discuss your condition. At the completion of a Beginner’s course, students will be ready to attend General level classes.
